Logan Johnston

Logan Johnston, born in Fredericton, New Brunswick is a power forward currently playing for the Sherbrooke Phoenix of the QMJHL.

Starting in 2013-14, Johnston began his 2-year stint in the New Brunswick/PEI Midget AAA league with the Fredericton Canadiens. In 69 games, Johnston scored an amazing 63 points.

In his 2nd year midget during the 2014-2015 season Logan finished 3rd in the league in points and led the league with 34 assists in 35 games. Logan was later named to the League’s 2nd team All Stars and Top Play Maker of the league.

The Sherbooke Phoenix of the QMJHL subsequently selected Johnston in the 4th round, 58th overall, and at only 16 years old, Johnston made their opening day roster. Sherbrooke are one of the strongest team’s this season, making Logan a very interesting prospect to follow.
