Nico Blachman

Born in Aventura, Florida, Blachman is a big physical winger who, at 6’2 and 194lbs, has shown the ability to produce offense as well. In 2012, Blachman attended Shattuck St. Mary’s prep school where he played for the Bantam team. In 51 games, he scored four goals and added 20 assists. In 2013, Blachman moved to Toronto, where he played for the Minor Midget AAA Red Wings of the GTMMHL. In 33 games, Nico produced 6 points and was even called up to the GTHL for three games. From 2014-2016, Blachman played in the USHS, USHL, and NAPHL, where he posted 16 points in 20 games. In 2015-16, he made his QMJHL debut, playing 31 games for the St John Sea Dogs. Nico is currently heading into his second season with the Rimouski Oceanic.
