Jon Waxman contributes to CEM’s success by playing a vital role in our Summer Training Program that is widely overlooked but never undervalued. His primary role lies in managing the day-to-day activities of Summer Training Program as well as the daily lives of the young prospects that have ventured far from home to participate in the summer camp in Montreal.
His role also includes providing daily transportation for players to and from on-ice and off-ice training sessions and other daily activities as well. Jon is also responsible for ensuring that each player follows their respective nutrition plans by purchasing all produce and by helping prepare all meals for the entire camp.
Jon’s role at CEM also extends to any and all client services both during the Summer Training Program and throughout the hockey season as well. Whatever particular request or need a player may require during the Summer Training Program, Jon is always there to handle it and to make sure that every player is taken care of.
In addition, Jon’s secondary role at CEM involves directing the In-Season Training Program for players at the Pee-Wee and Bantam levels.
