Chad Levitt
An NHLPA Certified Agent since 2017. Chad holds a law degree from the University of Ottawa and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the Université de Montréal, and brings that legal and business background to every negotiation he runs.
Sy Nutkevitch
A professional player and coach with over 20 years in the game. Sy works on technique, skating, footwork, positioning and mindset, the details that decide whether a player’s tools translate.
Will McNally
Ten years an agent with CEM, working players through junior, NCAA and professional hockey. Will handles contract negotiation and career planning, and holds the relationships with coaches, scouts and general managers across the US.
Kyle Hardy
Fourteen seasons of professional hockey across Sweden, Austria, the United Kingdom and France, and ten years coaching since. Kyle knows what the next level asks of a player. It asked the same of him for fourteen seasons.
Keif Orsini
Keif works with players from the NHL and the pro ranks through college, junior, AAA and prep. Through individual training, video and game analysis, Keif gives a player an honest read on where his game stands.
Shawn Legris
A former professional and senior-level player, Shawn knows the player’s side of the table. He works with players and families day to day, and makes sure each one gets the support and guidance to reach their potential.

Mitch Richler
More than 25 years building businesses, several of them founded and led in digital marketing and technology. Mitch runs operations, finance and marketing, so the hockey side never waits on the business side.
Joy Rodgers
A Certificate in Social Media Marketing from Concordia and a long-time fan’s grasp of the game, its levels and its leagues. Joy runs CEM’s marketing and social media, and presents the agency and its players the way they deserve to be seen.
Tyrus Xanthos
Tyrus runs CEM’s website, social media and brand, so every signing, draft call and debut reaches the people who should see it.
